John G. Bartlett has studied anaerobic infections, antibiotic-associated colitis, pneumonia, and AIDS for more than 20 years. He joined the faculty in 1980 and holds a joint appointment in the Department of Epidemiology at the School of Public Health. The chief of the Division of Infectious Diseases and Director of the Johns Hopkins AIDS Service, Dr. Bartlett has published 13 books, over 300 book chapters and reviews, and more than 300 articles. He has been honored by graduating classes at the School of Medicine seven times as graduation marshal, in recognition of his excellence in teaching.

Jonathan M. Zenilman is Professor in Infectious Diseases Division
at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and Chief of
the Infectious Diseases Division at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical
Center. He is an international authority on the clinical epidemiology
and management of sexually transmitted diseases and HIV prevention, infectious
disease surveillance, and has served on U.S. government, international, and
non-profit advisory committees, including the National Institutes of Health
and the Institute of Medicine. Besides clinical care, Dr Zenilman is the Director
of the Johns Hopkins Center for STD Research and Prevention, He also manages
a large extramurally funded research program, teaches at the Johns Hopkins School
of Public Health, mentors the research of Ph.D and postdoctoral students, and
has authored over 200 publications.

Jason Farley is an Adult Nurse Practitioner with clinical appointments in both infectious disease and emergency medicine at Johns Hopkins University. As a nurse, he has worked in infection control and has lectured/consulted both nationally and internationally on infection control topics. He holds a BSN from the University of Alabama, an MPH in epidemiology from the University of Alabama Birmingham, and an MS in Nursing from the Johns Hopkins University. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, where his dissertation focuses on the Molecular Epidemiology of CA-MRSA.
