Description:
TNF Antagonists and Infection: The Pharmacoepidemiologist’s Perspective

Target Audience:
Full and part-time faculty, fellows, residents, medical students and research support staff

Objectives:
  • Discuss the validity of the current evidence regarding the association between TNF antagonists and infections
  • Describe the specific methodologic issues that contribute to the discrepancies in the literature regarding TNF antagonists and infection

Instructions to obtain a CME Certificate for this activity:
You must register online at this site via the “Register” link above and pay the $35 registration fee. Once registered, you will be required to complete the following requirements in order to be eligible for a CME certificate:
  • Post-test (must receive a passing grade within two (2) attempts)
  • Activity evaluation


  • To access the activity evaluation and post-test via the Learning Schedule:
    • Make sure you are logged into the CME website
    • Click the link labeled "Online/Enduring Materials" under the “Learning” tab
    • Complete the online Activity Evaluation, using the link labeled "Complete Evaluation (required)"
    • Available post tests will appear after you put a check in the checkbox next to "Display available sessions"
    • To take a post-test, click the link labeled "Complete Post-Test (required)" next to the session for which you would like a CME certificate. Please note a passing score must be received and a link will appear to print your certificate.
