Instructions to obtain a CME Certificate for this activity.:

You must register online at this site using the Registration Tab link above pay the $35 registration fee. Once registered, you will be required to complete the Activity Evaluation, and then can take the post test for each session for which you would like a CME certificate.

Links to the individual post tests and the activity evaluation will appear in your Learning Schedule.

To access your Learning Schedule:
-Make sure you are loged into the CME website.
-Click Learning Schedule in the navigation box on the top left hand side of the screen.
-On the next page, click the link labeled "Online and Enduring"
-Complete the online Activity Evaluation, using the link labeled "Complete Evaluation".
-The available post tests will appear after you put a check in the checkbox next to "Display available sessions…".

To take a post-test, click the link labeled "Complete Post Test (required)" next to the session for which you would like a CME certificate. Please note a passing score must be received and a link will appear to print your certificate.
